Recently, we spoke with Dioed’s core management team to learn about the company’s growth logic and future plans.
Q: Achieving rapid breakthroughs early on, what was Dioed’s “starting advantage”?
A: We followed a path of “inheriting technical foundations + accelerating innovation breakthroughs.” AMSaudio, one of Dioed’s brands, has accumulated more than ten years of experience in the performance industry. After establishing our R&D center in Foshan in April 2022, we quickly completed the full acquisition of Guangzhou Liruisheng Electronics (founded in 2005, a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, and sales of professional audio equipment). This move allowed us to directly inherit a mature audio R&D system and market resources, effectively advancing on the foundation of industry experience.
In our founding year, we began building our intellectual property portfolio. By the time we obtained national high-tech enterprise certification in 2023, we already held 46 patents. Including both direct and indirect holdings, we now have more than 110 patents and software copyrights. For domestic brands, technical strength is the foundation for survival and growth — a direction we defined from the very beginning.
Q: What are Dioed’s current core competitive strengths?
A: The core lies in technology implementation and brand upgrading, while comprehensive after-sales service is the key differentiator. We ensure that “solutions solve problems, and service provides full protection.”
In branding, we have established a five-brand matrix including AMSaudio, A.Authority, ODAS, Hbutterfly, and AMSADA, covering professional performances, smart conferencing, campus cultural tourism, and more.
Technically, our self-developed lossless low-latency compression algorithm has achieved industry-leading transmission latency for digital wireless microphones while solving signal instability in large-scale scenarios. In 2025, as the only representative from the performance wireless microphone sector, we joined the Huawei SparkLink Alliance. This not only recognizes our technical strength but also gives domestic brands a voice in wireless audio standard development.
On the product side, AMSaudio’s CR4D four-channel wireless microphone can transmit audio and receive POE power through a single network cable, making it popular in fixed-installation venues such as banquet halls and conference rooms. The UC88 wideband antenna covers large venues like stadiums and cultural tourism projects. Our products have already won bids for key projects such as Xidian University and Aksu Textile City.
In terms of service, we have established a full-process after-sales service system. AMSaudio provides on-site technical services and has long been committed to building a strong technical support team to solve user issues during product use. We currently have more than 40 professional service teams across China, capable of providing on-site inspection, maintenance, and technical guidance whenever needed. From installation and commissioning guidance in the early stage to free maintenance after the warranty period, we even offer customized after-sales solutions based on customer scenarios. For example, considering the high time-sensitivity of the performance industry, we have set up backup equipment warehouses in multiple cities nationwide to respond quickly to emergency replacement needs. This level of localized service is something many international brands cannot achieve.
Q: Looking ahead, what specific plans does Dioed have for the future?
A: We have set goals from three dimensions — technology, market, and industry — with the core strategy of “strengthening our domestic foundation while expanding globally,” while extending our after-sales service advantages accordingly.
1. Technology Deepening: In the next two years, we will increase R&D investment to 60% of revenue, aiming to improve wireless microphone transmission stability by 50%. In 2024, we established Foshan Bessmai Technology Co., Ltd., dedicated to providing professional maintenance and after-sales services for wireless audio equipment across the industry.
2. Market Expansion: Domestically, we will leverage new audiovisual roadshows to further penetrate central and western markets while expanding after-sales service points. Internationally, we will start with Southeast Asia, promoting overseas registration and certification for AMSaudio, and plan to establish localized after-sales cooperation centers in key countries. Within three years, we aim for exports to account for 40% of revenue, allowing global customers to benefit from both Chinese technology and attentive service.
3. Industry Empowerment: We plan to work with the Huawei SparkLink Alliance to develop wireless audio standards for the performance industry and will promote integration of industry, academia, research, and application through “finance empowering technology industry” matchmaking events. Specialized and innovative enterprises should not focus solely on their own growth but also drive the upgrading of the entire industrial chain.

For a long time, international brands like Shure and Sennheiser have firmly controlled the high-end market, holding core technologies and pricing power. Although many domestic audio brands exist, most compete in the mid-to-low-end market, lacking leaders capable of rivaling global giants in technology and quality. As a result, the perception that “high-end equipment must be imported” has remained unchallenged.
