AMSaudio was founded in 2010 and is a professional company specializing in the design of wireless audio equipment.
In 2010, AMSaudio Wireless Audio was established by Wang Zhao alone.
In 2013, Shanghai Xinyingke Industrial Co., Ltd. acquired and took full control of it.
In 2013, a production base was invested and constructed in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 10 acres. It was used for product production and research and development.
In 2017, the first R&D center of AMSaudio was established in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, mainly engaged in the research and design of wireless audio equipment.
In 2020, the second R&D center of AMSaudio was established in Foshan, Guangdong Province, with an area of 1,000 square meters, mainly used for product research and product aging experiments.
From March 2024, the Daode (Guangdong) Technology Co., Ltd. under AMSauido joined the Star Flash Alliance. Through this cooperation with the Star Flash Alliance, the products can be promoted to a wider range of application scenarios, meeting the needs of more users.
As of now - the AMSaudio factory has over 200 employees, the R&D center has about 30 staff members, there are 6 regional offices across the country, and over 170 cities have been established as distributors.
