a malfunction occurred due to operator error, with only two hours left before the event began. In a panic, I contacted 

AMSaudio’s support team. To my surprise, they responded within half an hour and quickly arranged for a nearby 

technician to provide on-site repair. The issue was resolved before the event started, with no impact on the show. 

I later learned they provide 24-hour online support, with prompt responses for both technical consultation and maintenance. 

In the time-critical live event industry, such efficient support is a great reassurance for execution teams.
